This might be a little boring……. so yeah.

Hi guys! I’m Denise you can call me “wowee” , “aira”, “den”, or anything that you want to call me. I’m 17 yrs old, I live in Bacolod city and I love to play volleyball.

I played Volleyball for almost 16 years, I started playing when I was in prep at the age of 6 and i’m the third generation in our family that plays volleyball, I always remembered that either my mom, lolo or lola would always find time to teach me at home how to dig, set and spike the ball properly, with their guidance and the thought of them making time for me to learn how to play, I was able to learn new things that could help me improved my skills as a volleyball player. In my time playing I was able to experienced almost all of the positions except middle blocker, well….. don’t ask. My greatest achievement was when I was able to receive an award “BEST LIBERO” during a tournament that we joined last May 20, I was really happy that time because I was not expecting anything and I doubted myself having a chance of ever winning that award because that was my first time being a libero and i’m not that experienced in playing that position as the other teams libero, but I learned to never doubt myself  again because I was able to do my part in the team and I know that I did my best during the games.
